Turnberry Tower
A luxury 40 story tower to be built at 45 Lansing St on Rincon Hill. Turnberry Associates is the developer. The tower will be built on the lot next to the 76 gas station at the corner of Harrison and First St. It is directly across the street from the One Rincon Hill sales center.
Here’s a link to a recent article updating the status. It looks like they may finally getting close to breaking ground, but no official word yet.
